Job Summary: Interacts with residents and staff to promote a therapeutic environment for the residents; helps to promote resident advocacy by meeting with the residents individually and in groups and by assisting in the resolution of resident grievances; conducts resident education groups; assists in the management and operations of a drop-in center; attends treatment team meetings as requested to relay insights gathered about the residents; assists in resident de-escalation preferences, resident rights, and resident satisfaction interviews; abides by facility regulations and maintains confidential all of the residents information.
