2013 Mind Your Health 5K Run/Walk
Mark your calendars! The 2nd Annual Mind Your Health 5K Run/Walk will be held in Fall 2013 in the Metro DC area.
Exercise is fundamental to your overall health. It can improve your mood by decreasing stress, anger, and tension. Learn more about how staying physically active can help you live your life well.
Our first 5K was a huge success. Come out and support Mental Health America in our 5K Run/Walk and Mind Your Health!
Registration will open on June 1, 2013.
New this year - teams! The 2013 race will support teams for both fundraising and participation. Prizes will be awarded to the largest team and the team that raises the most money.
