Paddy Kutz

Paddy Kutz has served as the executive director of the Mental Health America of Licking County (Ohio) since 1981 and help re-establish the NAMI affiliate in Licking County Ohio.  Ms. Kutz is dedicated to the mission of promoting good mental health and victory over mental illnesses.

She has served on the Citizen’s Advisory Board at Central Ohio Psychiatric Hospital (now Twin-Valley). She also serves as chair of the Board of the Ohio State University at Newark, sits on the City of Newark Human Relations Commission, is a member of the Jail Ministries Board of Directors and is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow. She is a past president of Newark Kiwanis Club and of the American Society of Mental Health Association Professionals.

Ms. Kutz attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and taught high school biology before moving to Belfast, Northern Ireland, where she lived for more than 4 years. She received the 2001 NAAACP Human Rights Award and the 2001 Rotary 4-Way Test Award.
