Mike Simmons is an Associate Consultant in Global Advocacy and Professional Relations at Eli Lilly and Company. Mike earned his bachelors degree from Wabash College in May of 1988 and in June of 2002, earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Butler University, Indianapolis. He joined Lilly in June 1988 as a sales representative. During his career, Mike has held a variety of roles including sales, sales training and marketing with the Lilly Neuroscience and Zyprexa® marketing teams.
In his current role, Mike works with neuroscience patient advocacy groups and professional organizations to help shape an environment with improved patient outcomes and market driven healthcare solutions . In his time away from work, Mike serves in leadership positions with several community organizations including Mental Health America, Mental Health America of Greater Indianapolis, the Marion County Commission on Youth and the United Way of Central Indiana.
